My focus is in the areas of portrait, fashion, advertising and product photography. As a photographer, I benefit from my times as an artist and autodidact

Colorless, but not colourless. My passion for photography in general and structures in particular was awakened when I was 10 years old when I got my first camera. Because structures are best captured in black and white. In the 90's, very much influenced by Peter Lindbergh, and to this day a big benchmark in fashion, art photography.

Ich liebe die Optik, die Haptik und den Klang meiner Kamera. Ich liebe es mit einem Messfeld, manuell oder per Fingertipp den Fokuspunkt zu bestimmen, liebe die Überlegung welche Blende das Motiv am Besten zur Geltung bringt und die Suche nach der optimalen Belichtung. Fotografie bringt mich zum Flow. Die Aufnahmen sind ein angenehmer Nebeneffekt.

Ich arbeite auch sehr viel „On Location“, z. B. für Interieur- oder Architektur-Aufnahmen, Industrie-Fotografie, Modefotografie, Produkt-Fotografie, oder Artfotografie .

Born and raised on the island of Rügen.

In 2008 I said goodbye to my home country and moved to Berlin to learn the trade of photography.

In 2019 I ended up in NRW, professionally.

In 2022 I was again determined to turn my back on Wesel with new strength andEnergy. Berlin and I simply belong together, and you can not onduration disconnect. Berlin gives mepossibilities which I missed in NRW, regardless of whether it was the Fashion Week, industry partners or customers. Thinkcreativity can I now again with fullenergy live out and present.

After experience in the areas of events, lifestyle, PR, etc., I simply feel like being creative. Initially with architecture photography and portrait photography, but now I'm particularly interested in fashion photography. After 8 years I turned my back on the hustle and bustle of Berlin's big city, just wanted to go back to the roots and moved my business to Wesel.

I love the look, feel and sound of my camera. I love determining the focus point with a measuring field, manually or with a fingertip, I love thinking about which aperture best brings out the subject and the search for the optimal exposure. Photography makes me flow. The recordings are a pleasant side effect.
